Comfortable & Captivating
& Convenient To Charleston

Where Laid-Back Meets Legendary
 Just Minutes To The Ocean

When school starts the crowds thin out at Folly Beach and except for holidays the rates usually go down a bit too. Naturally, it is still a gorgeous region, and most people think it is better with fewer school-aged people to share it. If you are looking for an affordable, tranquil, healing vacation spot, the Northern bank of the Folly River may be just what the doctor prescribed and friends and family have been advising.

This 3 bedroom/3 bath condo has an ideal waterfront setting; the property line is right on the tidal Folly River and across the Bridge from the noise and more active nightlife summertime Folly is known for. It is actually quiet here!

With 3 bedrooms there is plenty of room for short term guests and family. It is walking distance, just 6/10 of a mile, to the ocean and the Folly Beach Pier. Looking out from the condo there is nature in every direction: a marsh with canals, the river, the ocean, a changing variety of bird species all day long, and schools of dolphins breaching the river to breathe. All this can be seen from the large living room window, the master bedroom, the screened in back porch, the front porch, and the walkways right outside the front door.

It is about a 20 minute drive to MUSC and most of downtown Charleston. Monthly rates (and longer) are available this time of year.

Coastal Luxury With Nature's Ambience

This beautifully appointed vacation getaway features screen porch floor to ceiling windows just a step outside the master bedroom. Land meets water in every direction you look. You’ll see a lagoon that changes with the tide, enthusiastic sailboarders, and even dolphins frolicking in the water as this is often where they come to feed!

Peerless Outdoor Views

You’ll be transfixed by the bustling ducks and ever changing sea birds while viewing 3 distinct and different ecosystems of moving water – the Atlantic ocean, the Folly river, and the tidal marsh with channels of water that change as the tide rises and falls.

It’s the ultimate atmosphere for relaxation and immersing yourself in the natural beauty of South Carolina low country.

Inviting Interior Spaces

You’ll be relaxed and “at home” in the lavishly appointed living space accented by beautiful tidal river views.  Inside you’ll find 3 bedrooms with four beds total and three full bathrooms. There’s a fully functional kitchen, a spacious dining room, and several other scenery-filled spaces to entertain. You’ll love it as your vacation HQ.

Seaside Serenity On The Private Pool & Deck

You’ll be relaxed and fulfilled in this lavishly appointed complex. The condo offers a private community swimming pool, a community dock for close to home fishing, and easy access to the river for your personal kayaking experience.

It All Makes For A Great Vacation At A Great Value.

Compare 2395 Folly Beach Road 2B to much more expensive Folly Beach house rentals, which can rent at twice its rate or more. Sure, the beach homes can be magnificent in their own right with ocean front views. But they don’t all have far-reaching views, or swimming pools.  So, consider being located a very close half-mile to the ocean, yet with your own memorable on the water perspective where you can see active wild life, plus have a private pool…for hundreds of rental dollars less per day
